I joined up with kofi and Henry 5 years ago in their gym in milpitess. I came from kings and right away we all had a good relationship and been like brothers ever since. Kofi knows how to bring the best out of you if you give him that chance. He cares for each and every one of his fighters and treats evryone the same. One thing with Kofi though, is he is looking for raw tallent, and he hates us missing a day of training. For the seriouse boxer that wants to take things to the next level of training i would recommend Kofi and for the price you cant go wrong.

I started working with Gilbert and Henry because I wanted to lose weight. I was 280 lbs when I started. I have been working with them for almost 6 months, almost 3-4 nights a week and I have lost 50lbs. I love boxing and I love working out with Gilbert and the Phight Club crew. We all motivate each other and it is like a home away from home. I've had very little success working out in gyms, but this is, by far, the most fun I've ever had! Thanks Gilbert!
